Here I am... 9 PM cuddled on my couch reading my final few chapters of "All The Missing Girls" & boom, I realize I never posted today's Monday Muses. Talk about a FAIL.

I think I need to start stapling my to-do list to my forehead because sometimes I just can't get my shit together. ANYONE ELSE?

I should be on top of today's muses because it's the first of my favorite month! Helllloooo Birthday month, I see you! T minus 2 weeks from tomorrow and I'll be 27. That sounds gross.

Austin told me yesterday while laying in bed... "You know what 27 means? Only 3 years til you're 30." Thanks for the reminder, babe 😒

So with that on my mind, again. I am going to click "CHECKOUT" on all my online shopping carts... because "3 years til 30"

Woke up on the right side of the bed this morning (V SURPRISING) + decided to take on Monday!

I was in and out of the gym before 8:30 and I always know that's a sign to a bright week! Hey theres babes, Mondays don't have to be bad, it all depends on your mind set. This year I set out to have a better mindset on life, you can be happy if you choose happy.

My kind of Monday happy is online shopping n browsing every websites "New Arrivals" ... anyone else!? 

No? Well it's fine because here are my top 10 per usual, weekly. Make your Monday a happy one, too!

JANUARY 22 2018

Just sitting here happy as a clam because I just realized all my shows started last Thursday (TGIT fans!?🙋🏼‍♀️) & I'm about to binge watch them all with a nice glass of red wine in my hand while dinner cooks in the oven. I swear I am an 87 year old in an (almost) 27 year olds body.

All I know though, is come mid January & all the resort wear comes out, I am immediately over winter & ready for warm weather, beaches & endless spicy margaritas.

That's the second time I've talked about alcohol in about 4 sentences... clearly we all know whats on my mind Monday nights. 

SO. If you're all like me, let's have some wine together & shop these warmer weather inspired Monday Muses.

OHHHHH HOW I LOVE ME SOME MONDAY HOLIDAYS!

I took full advantage of the long weekend and spent some much needed quality time with Austin, mainly eating our entire way through (typical 😑) But now I am freshly showered, bundled on the couch watching a Hallmark movie (sorry babe) and scouring the internet for Monday Muses goodies.

Can we talk about how excited I am for Spring? I feel like I am going to be ALL ABOUT this upcoming season. The 70's are making their way back and I am v e r y into it.

JANUARY 8 2018

Went to bed last night READY FOR MONDAY! The flu got the best of me last week and I followed that up with the LAZIEST weekend. Sometimes I just need to listen to my body because I feel energized today! I even woke up and killed my workout, (letttts be honest, I have NOT done that in a while!), ran errands AND grocery shopped all before 10 am. I don't know who this person in my body is but in into it.

HAPPY NEW YEAR BABES!

I can't believe how damn fast this year flew by (cliche but true, OK!?)

I sat on my couch ALL DAY LONG yesterday, binge watched Riverdale with Austin (SO into it we finished season 1 in two days!) and I didn't even change my clothes or shower until 5 PM just so I could look somewhat socially acceptable to go pick up my Thai food & thank god I did because that place was PACKED.

ANYWHO. 2018 is going to be a good one, I can feel it deep in my bones!

I'm feeling rebelious today and doing a Monday Muses for y'all on a Friday, seems this past Monday was Christmas and I was checked out from my social media! I was just browsing my favorite sites and there was so much good NEW that here I am, now on a Friday sharing them with y'all! 

Also, how is this New Years weekend? That saying of the older you get 🙈 the faster the years so by is so true! Granted this was one of the busiest years we've had thus far, it was one of the greater years! I have so much drive for what I want to happen this year and I am so proud of myself for pursuing something I've wanted to pursue for so long!

Monday Muses are back! The last two weeks came to y'all in my Gift Guide form! For Him, Under $100 & My Holiday Wishlist! But this week- since those are all complete we're back to my top 10 picks of new arrivals I'm loving & needing this week!

With the holidays coming up we're all still guilty of buying ourselves things we want! From Holiday Parties we're attending to just needing something new to wear for the actual holidays themselves, I am hands down guilty of it! Austin looked over at me yesterday as I sat on the couch with my wallet & computer asking what in the world I was doing with Christmas coming so soon (& me still not telling him what I want!) ordering stuff for myself!? "Well you see here..." I told him "I want to wear this here sweater next weekend or next week! Not in a month from now after Christmas.. therefore, I purchasing it now! Ha, sorry babe!" I am as impatient as it gets and hate even waiting for the "standard free delivery" 5-8 business days? Way too long! Express that shit! Hence one of the reasons I love Amazon & Shopbop since my Amazon Prime works for both! I am ALLLL about next or two day shipping! I want my stuff & I want it now. (I sound way snobby right now... but I'm not, promise!)
