SEPTEMBER 24 2018

Does anyone else blink and it Monday and then blink again and its Friday? Yeah, same. SAME. But then every Monday comes and I feel ready to jump out of bed and tackle the day. I feel so grateful lately for all of your support and that I constantly get excited for each new week of work.

Fall is OFFICIALLY here and I almost can’t believe it! My favorite season of fashion, hands down. The chunky knits, midi skirts, combat boots- everything happening this fall is making me want to throw away my entire wardrobe and purchase an entire new one. I might be single if I do that, though! 😉 In the meantime ill just keep purchasing and vowing to make a postmark soon- soon soon soon, I promise!

Besides that, I mentioned the other day on my instagram story that I recently started working with Matisse as an ambassador- and i’m so excited about it because their boots are everything. Hi beeeebs!

Me again + can’t believe its Monday! My favorite day to get on here and talk to y’all! Except this week my brain isn’t all there because my best friend turned 30 this weekend and we spent it at the lake, basking in the Arizona sun. Life is actually perfect there + then we come home and its perfect here too. Life is good babes, life is good. I recently listened to a pod cast where the guest talked about how she goes through life always looking at the positive and I swear ever since last week when I heard that, I’ve been so much happier. I typically get down on myself that my blog isn’t growing as fast as I wish it would but instead of dwelling on that I look at the fact like 7+ thousand of you care about my life and I freaking LOVE YOU. YOU ARE MY PEOPLE!

I thrive every Monday rounding up my Monday Muses for y’all, its like we get to go shopping together and get matching outfits (anyone else LOVE doing that back in the day with your besties? well its basically the same thing!)- rounding up my favorites sets my fire for the week, gets me inspired and helps me feel connected to y’all. So thankful y’all are loving it as much as I do. That being said I need to hit the hay and prepare myself for a new week.

This week has been everything + more in the fashion world. I mean, HIIIII it's NYFW and I am drooling over everything. I always feel so confused and in the unknown when it comes to the transition from summer to fall until this week. This week, New York Fashion Week, leaves me SO FREAKING INSPIRED and excited and also wishing I lived in a place that actually gave me 4 seasons because wanting to wear a chunky sweater with a midi skirt or a two piece suit actually sounds like death in this 95 degree SoCal weather.

So that being said I am really hoping many of you live elsewhere or can find some Inso from this weeks Monday Muses because I’ll just be over here drooling over most of it and planning a trip to Chicago or somewhere a little more chilly, ASAP.

OR if someone want to just send some fall weather over to Cali (I feel like a broken record at this point) i’d appreciate you. STRICTLY for some good outfits, ya know?

September September September. SHIT. I think its time for me to finally give into fall. Against my will, mind you. Thank god CA doesn't really get fall so our attire is basically summer but, darker HA.

With that being said, bring on the fall colors. Its game time babbbyyyyy.

I don't have much more to tell ya besides every single weekend should include Mondays like this one but we all already know this.

Ran all around Weho today and now I'm too tired for words. Feet up, Billions on TV and some dark chocolate chip ice cream in hand. THE LIFE.

Sitting here getting mermaid hair + browsing the web for this weeks MUSES. Talk about a good freaking Monday + talk about good freaking Muses this week, too! I had so much fun answering all of your questions about extensions- I didn't realize how many of you were so interested + I LOVE it! I can not wait to show y'all the before + after!

AUGUST 13 2018

Ahhhh reality hitting me like a ton of bricks right now!! Loads of laundry to do, a wet dog that I just bathed in my front yard + a long to do list for my "Monday" tomorrow! BUT I have a beer in hand, phó just got delivered to us while I sit on my BRAND NEW COUCH that came while we were in Mammoth + I'm thinking, life is pretty damn good!

Wrapping up my Monday Muses every Monday always gives me so much inspiration for the coming week + I hope y'all love it as much as I do. (+ your credit cards hate you as much as mine hate me every Monday too!)

AUGUST 6 2018

Monday Muses, Pre-fall y'allllll. Are you ready!? Honestly I'm not ready for fall but these clothes are so easily transitional, I am into it. Also might have to do with it being 100 outside + I'm over that. YA KNOW.

The only difference between summer and pre-fall is the colors get a bit darker. You'll still find your summer dresses and skirts but the colors start changing to a more fall friendly vibe. Which, not being a fan of bright summer colors anyways- we get along quite well.

You'll notice im still into my bright summer whites and no matter what, thats just never going to change. SO get on board. Here are my top pre-fall Monday Muses for y'all babes.

Can y'all believe it's almost August!? I can not deal. This summer is flying by so fast yet I thought it just started? Had the busiest week end catching up with girlfriends while Austin worked, resulting in me doing absolutely nothing with my day today. It's so hard for me to unplug and relax sometimes but its all I needed.

Hey hey howdy babes, Monday again! I hit the gym after taking about 8 weeks off + my booty is going to be sore AF tmw! I also managed to watch two movies from the couch today and we just grabbed dinner with Austin parents yet here I am after a day of having to do nothing, just now rounding up the Monday Muses for y'all. Queen of procrastinating over here!

It's so hard for me to handle the 105º weather at the end of July and watching clothing already starting to transition. I say we start petitions to push it back a few months strictly for my instagram aesthetic. YA FEEL ME!?

Anyyyy who, I skipped past all the fall (besides the booties, BC I die over booties n a dress this time of year!) + rounded up this weeks "Monday Muses" bests, for the hot weather still- of course!
